Design and Product Selection
Our dedicated professionals collaborate closely with you to develop a comprehensive and personalized interior design plan tailored to your specific needs and preferences. During this collaborative process, we will carefully determine the finishing products, layout of the floor plan, and intricate 3D renderings to visualize the design concept. We firmly believe that this is the most crucial and lucrative time period, as it not only sets the stage for the entire renovation project but also enables us to be exceptionally precise with the timeline, scope of work, and overall budget.
Site Review
Sydney, our dedicated and skilled Project Manager, leads our team in conducting a thorough and comprehensive review of the current space. This detailed site review enables us to provide our clients with an accurate and transparent pricing structure, which effectively showcases our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional value. By doing so, we ensure that our clients have a clear understanding of all costs associated with their project, allowing for informed decision-making throughout the process.
Project, Scope and Schedule
By now, we have both had the opportunity to get to know each other quite well. As a next step, we will arrange a meeting to thoroughly discuss the project and its associated costs in greater detail. To enhance clarity, we provide our pricing in a line-item format. This approach ensures that our clients receive all the necessary information allowing for a clear understanding of all cost factors. We provide our clients with a comprehensive and detailed schedule along with a projected timeline for their specific project, ensuring clarity and organization throughout the entire process.
Renovation Start
In preparation for the renovation, we kindly ask all of our clients to ensure that the space is free of personal items or any belongings that may obstruct the work area within the designated scope. This step allows our professionals to operate efficiently without the concern of inadvertently damaging anything that may hold sentimental value to our clients. During the renovation process, depending on the specific scope of work, we have found that some clients choose to live on-site in their homes while others prefer to relocate temporarily. Ultimately, it really depends on individual preference and comfort. At this stage, we will be laying out flooring protection, poly wrap, and wall guards to safeguard the existing areas of the home that will remain untouched during the renovation.
The Renovation Process
Throughout this time, we maintain constant communication with our clients. This open line of dialogue allows everyone involved to feel at ease while the work is being completed. We diligently maintain daily logs on site, and we also send out comprehensive weekly reports and schedule updates to ensure that both our team and our clients remain informed and are always on the same page.
